Redesign of the B2C Website Using the Existing Design System

The B2C website redesign was a significant challenge as it was crucial to maintain the established visual identity while making substantial improvements to the site’s usability. To achieve this, I built upon the existing design system, which ensured visual consistency across the website’s various pages. My work involved expanding and enriching this design system, including introducing new functionalities and improving some components to make them more intuitive. The primary goal was to deliver a smooth and modern user experience, simplifying navigation and highlighting Neosilver's various offerings.

The provided screenshots showcase key sections of the B2C site, including wellness and cultural workshops, activities tailored for seniors, and special online offers with attractive visuals. I worked on the layout of these sections, ensuring that information was easily accessible and that users could navigate through the activity catalog seamlessly.

Profile Section Design

This part of the platform was designed to offer users a personalized dashboard where they can easily manage their activities, view upcoming events, and monitor their Neosilver credits. The progress tracking feature allows users to see their engagement level and upgrade their status within the platform (e.g., from NEO to Super NEO). I focused on creating a clear and visually appealing interface that provides users with all the necessary information at a glance, such as notifications, credit balance, and activity history. The goal was to make this section both functional and user-friendly, ensuring that users feel in control of their interactions with Neosilver.

Creation of the B2B Section for Businesses

At the same time, I designed and developed an entirely new B2B section aimed at attracting new business partners. This section allows companies to explore the benefits of partnering with Neosilver and highlights the tailored services we offer for their residents or employees.

The main goal of this section was to convert visits into partnerships by emphasizing the tangible benefits of Neosilver’s offerings. I designed a simple and clear interface with impactful visuals and messaging focused on the solutions Neosilver provides for senior residences and companies.

The screenshots illustrate how this section presents tailored services, the advantages of having a single point of contact, and the qualifications of the professionals working with Neosilver. The design highlights testimonials, examples of recurring activities, and solutions adapted to the specific needs of each business, all aimed at demonstrating the added value of Neosilver’s services.

Results

Thanks to this redesign and the creation of the B2B section, Neosilver’s website is now more effective for both individual users and businesses. The extension of the design system strengthened the platform's visual consistency while delivering a simplified and enjoyable user experience. The B2B section also helped expand partnership opportunities, contributing to the company's growth.
